  We visited a couple of weeks ago to inquire about a new part for our vacuum, and were told it would be ordered in and we would receive a phone call upon its arrival the following week. We wound up having to follow up as we never heard anything. The staff member seemed to have no idea about it despite my husband having dealt with him originally (in person no less). No apology, and he described the man as "completely not caring". My husband was told the part would be reordered and we would receive a call today. No call. We will be placing an order through a different retailer online.... too bad we couldn't support a local business, but the customer service has been non-existent.
